Our Story
I started Oats Elevated when I was 14.
Small batches, real ingredients, made in Northern Kentucky.
From Dream to Breakfast
I did not want to choose between breakfast that tasted good and breakfast that was actually good for me. Most mornings the options were sugary, or bland, or something I had to cook when I did not have the time. So I started making my own.

Made by hand, sold in person
What began as one idea got real fast. I develop every recipe myself, and each batch is made in a licensed commercial kitchen in Newport. Most weekends you will find me behind a table at a farmers market somewhere in Northern Kentucky, handing someone a sample and asking what they think. That feedback is how the lineup grew to nine flavors.
Why fuel matters to me
I play lacrosse and run cross country, so I know exactly what it feels like to start a morning on the wrong breakfast. Eighteen grams of protein, organic oats, and dates instead of refined sugar are not a marketing angle for me. That is what I wanted to eat before practice.
Taking it seriously
In January I pitched Oats Elevated at the X-Squared Student Pitch Competition at St. Xavier High School, against more than seventy other students, most of them older than me. I won first place in my division as a freshman, and put the three thousand dollars straight back into labels and packaging.
Thank you for being here
Every pouch is part of this. When you order, you get clean, convenient fuel that I stand behind, and you are backing someone who decided to build something real instead of waiting until later.
