At Oats Elevated, we believe breakfast should be simple, clean, and powerful. Our high-protein overnight oats are made with organic ingredients and designed to fuel your day with no cooking required. Below, we answer every question our customers ask most.
About Oats Elevated
What makes Oats Elevated different from other overnight oats?
Three things set us apart. First, every pouch packs 18g of protein from Momentous whey protein isolate, the same brand trusted by elite athletes and the NFL (our Peanut Butter flavor uses organic peanut flour instead). Second, we use certified organic ingredients including organic rolled oats, organic chia seeds, and organic date sugar. Third, our oats are naturally sweetened with organic date powder, never refined sugar, corn syrup, or artificial sweeteners. The result is a grab-and-go breakfast that tastes indulgent but is genuinely clean.
Where are Oats Elevated overnight oats made?
Our overnight oats are handcrafted in small batches in Northern Kentucky, just outside Cincinnati. We source premium ingredients and assemble every pouch ourselves in a licensed commercial kitchen.

How to Prepare Overnight Oats
How do I prepare Oats Elevated overnight oats?
Preparation takes about 30 seconds:
- Add your liquid: pour in roughly 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk or your preferred milk alternative until the oats are covered.
- Stir or shake: mix everything together thoroughly.
- Refrigerate: let it soak for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum creaminess.
- Enjoy: eat straight from the jar. Add toppings if you like!
No cooking, no blender, no mess.
What kind of milk should I use?
Any milk works beautifully. Whole milk and oat milk give the creamiest results. Almond milk, coconut milk, and soy milk all work well too. Use whatever fits your dietary preferences. The oats absorb liquid and develop a rich, pudding-like texture regardless of which milk you choose.
Can I eat overnight oats warm?
Absolutely. After soaking, you can microwave your oats for 60–90 seconds or warm them on the stove. Many customers enjoy them cold in summer and warm in winter. Both ways taste great.
How long should overnight oats soak?
A minimum of 1 hour gives you a good texture. For the best results, we recommend soaking overnight (8–12 hours). The oats, chia seeds, and protein fully hydrate and develop a smooth, creamy consistency that is hard to beat.
Can I add toppings?
Yes, and we encourage it. Popular additions include fresh berries, sliced banana, nut butter, granola, honey, hemp seeds, or a drizzle of maple syrup. Our oats are already complete on their own, but toppings let you customize each morning.
Nutrition and Dietary Information
How much protein is in each serving?
Each pouch of Oats Elevated contains 18g of protein. Every flavor in the current lineup declares 18g per serving. Most flavors get that protein from Momentous whey protein isolate, a premium source that mixes smoothly and digests easily. Our Peanut Butter flavor is the exception: it contains no whey and gets its protein from organic peanut flour.
How many calories are in each serving?
Our overnight oats range from 315 to 355 calories per serving (dry mix only, before adding milk). This makes them a satisfying, nutrient-dense breakfast or snack that keeps you full for hours. The exact calorie count varies by flavor, so check each product page for detailed nutrition facts.
Do Oats Elevated overnight oats contain gluten?
None of our ingredients contain gluten. Our oats are pure organic rolled oats, but they are not certified gluten-free, and we do not produce in a certified gluten-free facility. Oats are commonly cross-contacted with wheat during growing and milling, so we cannot rule out trace gluten. We do not recommend our oats for anyone with celiac disease.
Do your oats contain common allergens?
Here is what you need to know about allergens:
- Dairy/Whey: Most flavors contain whey protein isolate (a dairy derivative) and are not suitable for those with dairy allergies. Our Peanut Butter flavor is the exception: it contains no whey and gets its protein from organic peanut flour.
- Peanuts: Our Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana flavors contain peanuts. Other flavors do not contain peanuts but are prepared in a shared space.
- Tree Nuts/Coconut: Golden Coconut Mango contains coconut.
- Soy: Not a primary ingredient in any flavor.
Always check the ingredient list on your specific flavor. If you have severe allergies, contact us and we will help you choose the right product.
Are overnight oats good for weight loss?
Overnight oats are an excellent choice for weight management. The combination of high protein, fiber from chia seeds, and complex carbohydrates from organic oats keeps you feeling full and satisfied. At 315 to 355 calories per serving (before milk), they provide a balanced, portion-controlled meal that helps prevent mid-morning snacking.
Are overnight oats good for muscle building?
With 18g of protein per serving from high-quality whey protein isolate, Oats Elevated overnight oats are a solid choice for anyone focused on building or maintaining lean muscle. Pair them with milk for an additional protein boost. Many of our customers are athletes, gym-goers, and fitness enthusiasts who appreciate the clean protein source.
Ingredients and Quality
What sweetener do you use?
We use organic date sugar (date powder), a whole-food sweetener made from dried, ground dates. Unlike refined sugar, date sugar retains the fiber, vitamins, and minerals from the fruit. It provides a subtle, caramel-like sweetness without spiking blood sugar the way processed sweeteners do. We never use artificial sweeteners, high-fructose corn syrup, or sugar alcohols.
What is your protein source?
Most of our flavors use Momentous whey protein isolate, one of the most trusted names in sports nutrition. The exception is our Peanut Butter flavor, which contains no whey and gets its protein from organic peanut flour, making it our one dairy-free option. Momentous is the official protein partner of the NFL, UFC, and numerous professional sports teams. Whey protein isolate is low in lactose, highly bioavailable, and mixes smoothly into oats without a chalky or gritty texture.
Are your ingredients organic?
The majority of our ingredients are certified organic, including our rolled oats, chia seeds, date sugar, and spices. We prioritize organic sourcing for every ingredient where a quality organic option is available. Some specialty ingredients like freeze-dried fruit and whey protein isolate may not carry organic certification but are selected for purity and quality.
Do your oats contain added sugar?
No added sugar. Our oats are sweetened only with organic date powder, which is a whole fruit, not a refined sugar. Depending on the flavor, total sugars range from about 6g to 14g per serving, all from natural sources like dates and fruit.
Ordering, Shipping, and Storage
How long do overnight oats last? What is the shelf life?
Oats Elevated overnight oats are shelf-stable for 90+ days from the production date when stored in a cool, dry place. The dry mix does not require refrigeration until you add liquid. Once you add milk and refrigerate, we recommend eating within 3–5 days for the best taste and texture.
