Do these contain gluten?
None of our ingredients contain gluten. Our oats are pure organic rolled oats, but they are not certified gluten-free and we don’t produce in a certified gluten-free facility, so we cannot rule out cross-contact. We don’t recommend our oats for anyone with celiac disease.
How much protein per serving?
Approximately 18g of protein from vanilla whey protein isolate.
I didn't think I would like the strawberries and cream but I did! It was very creamy and there were bits of real strawberries. Delicious!!! Highly recommend trying.
